We are a team of experienced advisers and developers with rich experience gained from projects delivered for small, medium-sized, and large companies. Our people have especially rich experience in implementing the following Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot Marketing Automation, Configure-Price-Quote solutions. On top of that, we specialize in system integrations and data migration.


We work with customers from Benelux, Germany, Poland, and United States. In order to be as close to our partners and customers as possible, we have our offices in Berlin, Łodź, and Prague. Most of our work is done remotely, but we are also available to our customers at their offices when necessary.

1. Recognition of needs:
during the first meeting or phone call we learn about your needs which will form a solid foundation for programming the solution and preparing the initial system demonstration.
2. Pre-implementation workshops:
we carefully analyze your needs and processes, which allows us to offer a specific bespoke solution.
3. Investment estimate:
the analysis allows us to provide the exact cost of the investment. That way you will know what exactly we are going to do during the implementation and the price of individual components and of the servicing support.
4. Project planning:
once our offer is accepted, we prepare a very detailed project plan for you that covers things like the time frame and functional implementations together with the available resources on our side.
5. Implementation and support:
this is going to be the most intense stage of our cooperation that will also require bigger involvement from you and your employees. Once the implementation is complete, we are going to stick around, offering trainings, servicing support and potential further development of the platform.


It all started in 2017 when YouDigital was founded in Prague and Łódź. At the very beginning, the company only had two people working at it. Thanks to the first customers’ trust and great quality of the work, we were able to grow fast, employing more great specialists in the industry and finding new business partners. In 2018, the company was joined by more than 10 people, and in spring 2019 we were granted the Salesforce silver partner status. Currently, there are 15 people working at YouDigital and we continue the growth.
